Nuclear Physics and Fukushima

This is a pretty awesome technical-but-still-readable collection of posts maintained by the MIT Nuclear Science Engineering department about the ailing Fukushima nuclear plants in Japan.  Complete with diagrams and no-nonsense info about what’s going on and why.  Kinda technogeeky, but still really cool.

I’ve always been fascinated by nuclear science, I gotta admit.  Talk about the power of nature (in the “this is the power lurking inside our atoms” sense.)
